I think I came out ahead with the HP demise. In 2015 I got a special dividend for CSC stock of $10.50/share when CSC merged with HP to form DXC. I had accumulated the stock at about $30. I sold most of the stock in late 2017 at about $75 and made a bundle. I still have some of the stock - about $25/share - should have sold it all.
