>>>I think I came out ahead with the HP demise. In 2015 I got a special dividend for CSC stock of $10.50/share when CSC merged with HP to form DXC. I had accumulated the stock at about $30. I sold most of the stock in late 2017 at about $75 and made a bundle. I still have some of the stock - about $25/share - should have sold it all.

>My big loss in Tech was Lumen bought at about $10. Things were going good 7-8% dividend then no dividend and hello $4.00 - now $1.50. Why sell - too late. I'll keep it just to remind myself to not get stuck on stupid. As for the DXC - they never recovered from COVID. But, with a market cap of about 4 billion they have a little less than 2 billion in cash and equivalents. They have a new CEO so we will see.

They're competing with Apple on one hand and Dell on the other.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
