A table-based approach would be quite effective. The report menu could have a "Custom Reports" option which could have a Configure menu item plus other menu items
for each selected report. These menu items would be added at startup, based on the contents of a table which is maintained by the Configure menu item.

Building menus on the fly is quite easy in VFP.
