Well, then I would split the problem into
- storing the list
- display of the list

Storing remains to table, this is most easy to handle in VFP. All the benefits ...

Display is just gathering the data from the table and use the normal menu commands record by record.
If you need more help on this, you need to be more specific. It is not clear into what menu you like to insert your reports, or how this menu is created.
