Thanks Kirk,
It's looking like the HP 6 driver may have been the culprit, or at least VFP6 and the HP driver don't mix well.
>There both were Win98's that had been upgraded from Win95. When I reloaded, I just loaded a straight win98. They also had a 4 gig drive formated as 2-2gigs. I changed it to a single C: drive. Also, they had the HP 6 Driver loaded, and when I reloaded, I just let Windows load the driver it picked.

>>>I haven't had much probelm with 6. With the noted exception of 2 laptops. They would lock up (solid lock) when the other systems wouldn't. I finally, (just a couple nights ago) fdisked and reload from scratch. It cured the lock ups.

I have seen tons of threads on fatal exception c0000005, but very few on lockups. Anyone experiencing this? My users are freezing up 5-10 times a day. They can't even ctrl-alt-delete. It seems to only affect my win95 users, and I am using the latest versions of VFP6 and installation wizard. Please help if you have any ideas.
