I will check that. One thing I do know is that he has never upgraded to any of the studio service packs. In other words. He is using the VFP from the originial vfp5 cd and I'm using the most recent service pack for 5.0a. I will get back to you on the ODBC entry. -Rick


>Does your client have a Data Source Name entry in the ODBC Manager - that is the same as that which is on your machine. Also, does the client have the VFP ODBC Driver. I suspect the first issue is the lack of a DSN. That in turn will un-cover whether the appropriate driver is installed.
