I can not seem to be able to manually register MSCOMCTLX.OCX in a Windows 98 box.

I've placed the required files in the Windows/System subdirectory and once I run REGSVR32.EXE MSCOMCTLX.OCX it fails with a "LoadLibrary("mscomctlx.ocx") failed. GetLastError returns 0X00000485". I am currently attempting to added manually since my application setup also failed.

I've looked at the WIN32 Error Codes but, find no reference to code 485.

My application was compiled with VFP 6.0 and Visual Studio SP1.
