I guess that's right... I just remember from way back when that the
WINAPI macro evaluated EXTERNAL PASCAL. Of course that could've
been remapped any way they saw fit at the time. _stdcall is a
hybrid calling mechanism that has the variable arg list from
C calling convention, but hte stack cleaning of Pascal.
