Did you ever solve your problem? I'm having a similar problem with a 2.6 app converted to VFP (using the .SPRs and a foundation READ). The GPF occurs VERY rarely, and we've not been able to repeat it at will. Its often been reported that it was when a screen was opening/closing.

Unfortunately, we're running in a very non-standard environment (dual VGA cards installed with a customized VXD to handle them under Win95).

If you have any ideas, let me know.
