I found COMCAT.DLL dated 5/31/98 12:00AM in the following folders of my NT4.0 Workstation (my development box):

C:\Program Files\Miscrosoft Visual Studio\Common
C:\Program Files\Miscrosoft Visual Studio\IDE\IDE98\Redist
C:\Program Files\Miscrosoft Visual Studio\VB98\Wizards\PDWizard\Resdist
C:\Program Files\Miscrosoft Visual Studio\Distirb.src\System

I also found:

C:\WinNT\System32\COMCAT.DLL dated 8/26/98 2:18 PM.

I tried registering both versions of the COMCAL.DLL (succesfully) and then tried registering MSCOMCTL.OCX only to receive the same 485 error code.

P.S. I also tried registering several other DLLs that the VFP6 EXE needs but, they too failed with the 485 code.
