First, make sure you have the updated setup wizard. You can get it from the VFP web site (www.microsoft.com/vfoxpro). There's also a knowledge base article about this. It talks about setup /f, but it may apply to just running setup as well. It's at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q163/5/45.asp?FR=0
