Looking for an ActiveX control that will convert BMP pictures to JPG.

Also, I can't remember where I saw it but I know you can save the actual bianary data of the JPG to a memo field instead of saving the BMP to the General field which takes up a ton of disk space. Does someone have a sample or link to info. on this?

Or even better is there any program out there that will save "compressed" image files to the General field of a VFP database?
