Make sure you have a config.fpw in the directory with your application or included in your exe. Put the line TITLE='My Caption' in the file.

You can also put SCREEN=OFF in the config.fpw. This will keep the screen from displaying until you put _SCREEN.Visible=.T. in your code. This will allow you to set any screen attributes before the screen is displayed.
