I Have change in the dcomcnfg the following:
-on the security tab.
Access permissions to everyone
Launch permissions to everyone

I have changed the indentity
The interactive user;
The launching user;
The user as administrator

Add general tab
I change the authentication level to:
default;
none ;

But still got the message

Ole error 0x80070005 Access Denied
