ROFL! I hope you will excuse my laughter, but isn't that rather like saying "I've got 10 minutes to spare. Please tell me everything you know." ?

You may want to take a look at the TasTrade sample app that ships with VFP. Although it is not meant to be an example of how to design apps (it is instead meant to showcase as many of VFP's features as possible), it may give you some ideas.
