It's the Words() and other functions from FoxTools.fll. Just make sure somewhere at startup of your app you should have

set library to (home()+"foxtools") addi

and it will work then. You may need to distribute foxtools.fll with your app, and put it in the same directory with your .exe; you should find it in the directory of vfp.exe.
