Have a look at the following functions: TAG(), KEY(), PRIMARY(), CANDIDATE(), UNIQUE(), FOR(), and DESCENDING().

Also -- go to the UT KnowledgeBase and download the Database Organization Analysis Tool (DORG). You'll find examples of what you need in the methods.
