The only error that's occurring is that I forgot to mention that the documentation contains some errata in terms of the error codes. If the short cut link was successfully created, no error occurred despite the indication by the return value. All of the functions that return information return the correct values, however, some of those that set information do not. This will be corrected in future versions.
