The scope of changed depends on way you designed you program before. Normally, any VFP system is designed as multi-user (with buffering or locking) even if used as stand-alone. Setup wizard can be used the same way, but distribution strategy might be different: usually, executables installed locally on workstations and data on server. This setting may affect the way you locate/open data files in your program.
