It depends on what you want to do with these tools and how much many are available...

All of them have good visual programming features, so, any one of them is good for GUI. Personally, I am using Visual Cafe on Windows NT. While it is a very good RAD tool, it also has several important bugs. I'm not sure that I would chose it again. :)
