I have no idea the format used by the previewer, or even how to extract it. Where I've needed to save stuff to view either off-line or as a printed form where I can't control what printer is available, I've used either Adobe Acrobat format and the Acrobat reader, or Encapsulated Postscript format and the public domain GhostScript reader to both view and print the results of the report.
