Have you thought about putting a container on a grid which then shows one row at a time when you scroll - you don't need vcr buttons then. There is a sample of this in the solutions c/w VFP6. You need to add the container programmatically to the grid but it looks impressive. If you can't find the sample, let me know and I will dig it out.
