I need to run a query from VFP that compares a local date to a datetime field in the database. I have tried everything I can think of so I going to my last hope (YOU GUYS).

For example:

foobar = date()
SQLPREPARE(nConVar,'select * from tblname where tbl_date = ?foobar','_tmp')
