I don't think there is a way to do a bulk update of a SQL Server table from VFP.

You can output your VFP data to a text file, and then use the DOS BCP utility to add the records to your SQL Server table ( 1) I think you can use BCP to append data - you'll have to check 2) I'm not sure if you can BCP and keep your SQL data live.)
