I would suggest designing your own form. Be aware of the Valid event/procedure for controls. That is where a lot of the validation can take place. Just pick an old screen and redo it in VFP. Maybe you are looking at the entire application and getting worried, but you have to start somewhere, so pick a simple form and start there...you will learn a lot more from this than by any example, IMHO.
