I have a report which prints, amongst other things, a memo field.

When the memo field is longer than 254 characters the report issues
a "String is too long to fit (Error 1903)" and stops. Is there
really a 254-character limit on the printing of memo fields ? Or is
there an alternative way of printing them ?

On the same subject, the memo field will occasionally spill onto the
next page. How can you make a whole band print onto the next page whenever the whole memo field will not fit onto the current page ?
