You are correct that the process violates the license for FoxPro. Not only that but there is already a patch out that is freeware that does essentially the same thing.
I agree with you that is is inherent on the MVPs and the Sysops to let the UT members know when something has ramifications that the original poster failed to mention through ingorance or intent.
