Minor correction, FoxPro/DOS uses the ESL and ESO files.

And one additional remark. There's a patch out there that fixes the Division by zero error on machine with 400 Mhz and more. In the Ask Advisor team we nonetheless decided to publish the SlowStart solution, because as a public magazine we can't recommend a solution that violates the license agreement.
