1. Folks not to use a fast pentium machine.

or

2. Folks use a solution that violates the license agreement from MS.

The symptoms you describe - taking time to start - is the very reason why slowstart works - by crashing the CPU for a specfified time. At least this is a better alternative to not working at all....right????
