If you want to spend some money, RoboHTML is outstanding. I created a very large html manual as a help system (can also be printed) in two weeks. Its got books, links, find and search, hundreds of graphics with hyperlinks overlaying the graphics, related topics, special effects and more. It is easy to learn and creates a beautiful help system and manual at the same time.
www.blue-sky.com I think.
