We've found that clients who know a little programming (understand tables, fields, variables) LOVE FoxFire! because they can do anything. For clients who want to drag & drop, Crystal is better. The user interface for Crystal is easier for beginners to learn.

Also, unless FoxFire! is set up correctly - data dictionary, etc., the end user can get snarled up. We sent one of our people to a training class to learn to do this.
