Hi Paige ---

It does sound like an old SET SKIP problem...are you trying to mix parent and child table info in the grid (is it a grid?)?. If the grid just shows applicable child records then you can use the RelationalExpr, LinkMaster, and ChildOrder properties to set the relationship and it should work fine.

>I have a pageframe displaying data from 3 tables. the Patient table is the parent. The Patient_Plan table is a one to one child and the TaskOrdr table is a one to many child.

>My problem is with the Patient parent table: In the Browse Tab it dislpays a row of '*' for each additional TaskOrdr(child) record. The multiple TaskOrdr records(children) display in the tab with a Grid, correctly.

Is is not a persistent relationship so I have not set it up in the DBC. Do I have to change the Expression Property to 'Skip of'? Any suggestions.
