Get rid of the relationships defined in the dataenvironment; you don't need them with setting the parent child in the grids (just use the properties we have been discussing)....this may resolve your problem. Another solution would be to use parameterized views as your child data sources.

Remember that is on a seperate Tab. I could just as easily swap the browse for a grid. It's just facilitates displaying most of the Patient records quickly. But do you think that alone would solve the problem?
