I tried also a time interval of 10 and others.
The latest version of slowstart hangs up processor 100%
and only after it is completed it will run foxpro.

Also I have tried to run multiple instances of slowstart but
without success.

The initial version of slowstart didn't slow processor at all.

I have a large number of installations of fpw programs.
My programs will stop working. It is not possible to upgrade.
What to do?
