I have a client that uses three computers with Win98. All have the Laserjet 4 driver installed. The machine with the printers attached freeze when I attempt to print any reports. The other machines work fine. I can view the reports successfully, but when I try to print it freezes before the driver screen even pops up. Tried creating report to ASCII and copying file to lpt1 (inside VFP) and it freezes up. Prints from Wordpad, and DOS edit fine. This started happening when I switched my app from VFP3 to VFP6. Yes, I have all the patches, updates, etc... (assuming there have been no new ones in the last week) Any ideas out there? Something to do with the physical port? TIA
