Dan, that's exactly right. Since we're still in development mode, and since the forms themselves work fine, I can put up with it for my 'dog & pony show' tomorrow. But I sure would like to figure it out.

>Is this a multi-user app? I know I've seen that error and I'm racking my brain to remember when it occured. So once the grid(s) gets the focus, it does not matter what you do or in which order you close the forms. When you close the EXE you will get this error. Correct.
