I just want to tell you that the dibapi32.dll I have been using came with the Palfade project and was 73 kb. As I have VC on my computer I found the Wincap32 VC sample project with a 21 kb dbiapi32.dll and when I use this dll it works fine on Win95 as well as on WinNT.

I also downloaded the Wincap project you refered to above and it does unfortunately not contain any DLL file.
