I find it easier to change the variable in my Main program than fiddle with #DEFINE and having to worry about editing header files. My experience has been that I have to #INCLUDE headers files in every program file that I want to use it in...this was a while ago, so I may have been missing something, but that was more work than I wanted to do...so I decided to use a logical public variable.
We just have different ways of doing things in this case.
Thanks for you advice.
