Are you absolutely sure the runtime files on the workstations that don't work are Build 415? I don't mean to belabor that point, but if they are ALL the same, it should work. The only other thing I could think of are the printer drivers on those workstations may not be correct, or possibly corrupted. The printers that are failing, are they HP 5 or HP 6's? If they are, you might have to step back and use HP 3 drivers in order to work. HP drivers, well, lets just say they rot!
