Yes, but you must be aware that you are violating Windows standards here and your users might be confused by this. ON KEY LABEL CTRL+F4 can catch a function key and disables the default behavior.

But what about using ALT+1, etc. as the hotkey? To achieve this, all you have to do is to set the caption of the page to something like "\<1. General" and you are done.
