You may also want to investigate a program called Patch Creator from Funduc Software. A demo is available at http://www.funduc.com/pamain1.htm

Although I have not used this particular program, I can vouch for the author: I've used his "Directory Toolkit" utility for quite a while, and his support and frequency of updates have been excellent. In fact, he uses Patch Creator to distribute updates to his other products, and it seems to work quite well (speaking as the end user).
