I'm using RoboHelp and it works outstanding. I created both whats this help using RoboHelp and a full blown help system using RoboHTML. The html help system is quite elaborate and was very easy to use. I haven't tried or seen ForeHelp and don't intend to. It may very well work as well as what I've got.
