I think you should compare ForeHelp and RoboHelp. ForeHelp has it's own WYSIWYG editing environment. I understand that RoboHelp is fundamentally an addon to Word.

If sourcecode protection is desired the encrypt is pretty useless, you need a third party tool like ReFox.
