>When I go into Crystal Reports and do a verify Database, it tells me it changes, then it allows me to view the report. When I run the program, and then go open crystal reports to view the report, it gives me the exact same error message about not being in the expected format.

There is an option you can set on the Database menu, it is a toggle option called "Verify on Every Print". You might try turning this on in your report form in order to keep structure changes from causing you problems when you run the report.
