Pageframes are great once you get to know them. If my memory serves me correctly, one Gotcha to aware of is that by default only the visible Page refreshes, so if there is something you need to refresh on another page, do it specifically with code, don't assume that a thisform.refresh will do it.
Also when the Client inevitably wants more and you have run out of realestate the same look and feel is still there just by adding another page along with the odd Alter Table Add Column etc. Also as they are another container on your form you need to be aware of the right mouse click menu's to sort out the edit mode and the relative addressing.
