I want to have the following convertion about the digital place:
For example,
Input --- 10.1
Output --- 10.0625 (the formula is 1/16=0.0625, so 10+0.625=10.625)
Input --- 10.2
Output --- 10.13 (since 2/16=0.13, so 10+0.13=10.13)
Input --- 10.10
Output --- 10.625 (since 10/16=0.625, so 10+0.625=10.625)
Input --- 10.99
Output --- 16.1875 (since 99/16=6.1875, so 10+6.1875=16.1875)
