I'm new to the Visual side of Fox and I'm getting on with most areas of the product, however does anyone have any suggestions on getting more information on using Active X and OLE components, I haven't found the help very 'helpful' on this and the help with each object seems sparse. I'm sure using them will be quite easy once you know how, but I lack an expert to show me one as an example.
