When you become clever with inserting some other kind of controls in a grid, you can even try to insert in it some containers, containing themselves 2,3 or more controls, as textboxes, each one with a different controlsource of the same record.
It's the way to build sophisticated grids as the ones you can find as separate components on the market.
It works fine and can be useful.
