Edit, Select All. Hold the shift key down, drag the mouse over all the objects you can see. When you let up on the mouse all the off screen objects will be selected. You may be able to use the arrow keys to make them visible. But you will be limited in the movement when the first object gets to the edge and it may still not be visible.

If you hack the .frx directly as Iain suggests the units in HPOS and VPOS are 10,000ths of an inch.
