Wilco,
I am experiencing the same problem. Please let me know if you find a solution. After reading your message, it occurred to me that leaving the Foxpro main screen visible but setting the top and left coord. to -1000 (or some very large negative value) would hide the screen but perhaps keep it (and the menu processor) in the event loop??????!??!?
